Where are you located?

The Panorama Hotel is located in Chania, on the western side of Crete. It is just 20 km away from the Chania International Airport (CHQ) and 155 km from Heraklion International Airport (HER). 
Distances from the hotel:

   Center of Chania:   5 km (10 minutes)
   Platanias Village: 6 km (10 minutes)
   Souda Bay:    10 km (15 minutes)
   Chania International Airport (CHQ) 20 km (30 minutes)

What credit cards do you take?

At the Panorama Hotel we accept all major credit cards, including VISA, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express and Diners. In addition, we also accept all major currencies and you can exchange money at the hotel reception.

When can I Check in? Check out?
At the Panorama Hotel the Check in is at 2:00 pm (14:00) and check out is at 12:00 noon.

Where can I hire a Car?
The Panorama Hotel has a partnership with a car rental agency. We can arrange a rental car to be waiting for you at the airport. Alternatively, you can arrange to hire a car through the hotel's 24-hour reception.

What phone number should I leave with my family in case they need to contact me?

Please have them call the Panorama Hotel's 24-hour reception on +30 28210 31700.  We will need your first and last name or your room number.

Where do I send guest faxes?
You may send faxes for guests staying at the Panorama Hotel to +30 28210 31708.  Please include the recipient’s first and last name and the room number if you know it.

When can I cancel my reservation and not get charged for it?

The Panorama Hotels' cancellation policy is 120 hours prior to arrival in writing for individual reservations, with the check in time of 14:00 hours of the day of arrival taken into account. Guests cancelling in less than 120 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of the accommodation value. In case of a no-show, the hotel preserves the right to charge the entire cost of the accommodation. 

Please note that this does not apply if you are participating in a group or package stay. Each group has a specific cancellation policy; you will need to contact your meeting professional for details on your specific policy.

What is the local tax?
The local tax in Greece is 13% for accommodation and 23% for food, beverages and general commodities.

What is the voltage?
The electricity supply in Greece and at the Panorama Hotel as well as the power sockets (jacks) used are the same as main land Europe: 220 volts ac 50Hz. Plugs are 2 pronged and round, and are the same as those used in Italy.

Can I get connecting rooms?
Yes, there are connecting rooms at the Panorama Hotel. When making your reservation, please specify that you request connecting rooms and we will do everything we can to satisfy your request.

Do you accept pets?
No at the Panorama Hotel we do not accept pets.  However, sight seeing dogs are welcome.

Reservations are not needed at the restaurants of the Panorama Hotel

Room service is available from 07:00 until 23;00 every day.
